Modular Houses
Modular houses are buildings built from pre-assembled and prefabricated modules. Modules are factory built space-elements consisting of walls, floors and roofs that are joined and finished already in factories. Modules can consist of several smaller rooms which are transported to construction sites.
The efficiency and the high quality of the modular house production process is ensured by strict production rules, well controlled factory-environment and trained specialists producing the houses.
The manufactured modules can cover approximately 95% of house interior design or utilities, e.g. the kitchen furniture and fitments can be added in factory. The modules of the house are transported to construction sites and the on-site building process is taken to minimum due to the finished stage of the factory-produced modules. That in turn minimizes climatic influences compared to on-site building process. In result a client can get an energy-efficient high quality modular house.
